Subway Line 2

Xi'an metro Line 2, the first metro line in Xi'an, runs through Lianhu, Xincheng, Beilin, Yanta District and ends at Changninggong Station in Chang'an Distric. It is a core line on north-south axis of Xi'an City. 

The line covers  North Railway Station, Administrative Center, North Street, Bell Tower commercial area, Xiaozhai, TV Tower and some other important passenger distribution centers. It has a total length of 20.8 miles (33.4 kilometers) with 25 stations, which takes 53 minutes for a single journey. It is a safe, comfortable, convenient and fast transportation in the city which may be a good way to avoid frequent traffic jams. The fare for the whole subway line costs CNY7.
